Spotahome Landlord Elite is Spotahome’s Ambassador & Referral program for B2C landlords. The program rewards landlords who refer new landlords and generate successful bookings on the platform.
The program is available exclusively for:
private landlords,
and small property managers with up to 20 active properties.
B2B landlords and accounts with custom commercial agreements are not eligible.
The program always starts with a referral.
An existing landlord shares their referral code with a new landlord. From there:
the new landlord can unlock rewards by publishing properties and generating successful bookings,
and the Ambassador receives commission discounts when the referred landlord reaches specific milestones.
If you are already a Spotahome landlord, you can access the referral program from your landlord panel and share your code with new landlords.
You must register on Spotahome using the referral code shared by an Ambassador.
Rewards may include:
welcome vouchers,
landlord fee discounts,
visibility boosts,
priority access to demand,
and dedicated support.
Rewards depend on the level reached within the program.
A Successful Check-in occurs when:
the tenant successfully checks into the property,
and no major incidents or full refund requests are reported within the first 48 hours.
Rewards are validated 30 days after the Successful Check-in.
Once validated, they will automatically apply to your next eligible booking.
It is the next booking generating landlord fee after the reward has been validated.
No. Only one reward can be applied per eligible booking.
If you have multiple accumulated rewards, they will automatically apply in the order they were generated as new eligible bookings are validated.
Yes. Rewards are valid for 12 months from the issuance date.
The reward will apply up to the maximum amount of the corresponding landlord fee.
If the reward value exceeds the landlord fee amount, the remaining balance will automatically apply to the next eligible booking until exhausted or expired.
The property must:
meet Spotahome’s minimum quality standards,
include complete photos and descriptions,
have active availability,
and remain published for at least 2 consecutive months.
Spotahome may revoke the associated reward or offset it against future landlord payments.
The following do not generate rewards:
cancelled bookings,
no-shows,
fraudulent bookings,
or bookings with full refunds.
Yes. Ambassadors can refer multiple landlords and continue unlocking rewards through valid referrals.
If you participate as a referred landlord, the journey ends once the maximum level is reached and does not restart from zero.
If you participate as an Ambassador, you may continue referring new landlords and earning rewards linked to valid referrals.
Examples include:
self-referrals,
duplicate accounts,
artificial bookings,
publishing old properties as new,
or attempting to manipulate the program.
Can Spotahome modify or cancel the program?
Yes. Spotahome reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the program at any time, with prior notice according to the Terms & Conditions.
